Brocton Woman Charged By Sheriff’s Deputies With Violating Leandra’s Law

DUNKIRK – At about 7 p.m. Saturday, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a business on Vineyard Drive to check on the well being of a woman.

Deputies said Shannon Jusko, 37, of Brocton, left in a vehicle. When she was pulled over, she was charged with felony aggravated driving under the influence of drugs (Leandra’s Law) and driving while ability impaired by drugs. She was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on bail.
