Passenger Discovered With Quantity of Crack Cocaine, Other Paraphernalia

CHAUTAUQUA-A Sherman man was discovered with a quantity of crack cocaine and other drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Morris St. early Tuesday morning according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. 

Jason A. Goodwill, 35, also allegedly possessed a check worth over a $1,000 named to another person. Deputies reportedly contacted the person who told them it was stolen.

Goodwill was charged with 4th degree Felony Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance and 7th degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. Goodwill was issued appearance tickets for Town of Chautauqua Court.

Jamie A. Goodwill, 29, was charged with 3rd degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator as he was reportedly known to have suspended driving privileges. He was issued a citation.
