Kennedy Man Charged With Leandra’s Law Violation

FALCONER-A Kennedy man was arrested during a traffic stop last Saturday on W. Main St. for violating Leandra’s Law after he allegedly drove while intoxicated with two children under the age of 16 in his vehicle according to the New York State Police.

Jason Dustin, 44, reportedly provided a breath sample of .12 at the Jamestown State Police Barracks. Dustin was charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Driving While Intoxicated.

Dustin will appear in the Town of Ellicott Court next month to answer the charges.
