Dunkirk Man Arrested For Driving With Ability Impaired By Drugs

GERRY-A Dunkirk man was arrested Thursday after he was pulled over at the Country Fair for driving erratically while under the influence of drugs according to the New York State Police.

Michael Braxton, 31, was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired By Drugs after he reportedly failed numerous sobriety tests after showing signs of impairment.

Braxton was processed and released with tickets returnable to Town of Gerry Court at a later date.
