Stockton Man Accused Of Assaulting Two People In Front Of Child


STOCKTON-A Stockton man was arrested Mar. 31st after he allegedly assaulted both a male and female in front of a child at the female’s residence according to the New York State Police.

Steven Stablewski, 26, no address given, reportedly had an order of protection issued against him by the female. Both parties suffered minor injuries per NYSP.






Stablewski was charged with 1st degree Criminal Contempt, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and 2nd degree Harassment. He was remanded to County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Town of Stockton Court at a later date.
