Fredonia Police Investigate Shooting During Busy Weekend

FREDONIA -A shooting early Sunday morning left a car windshield riddled with bullets during a party at 80 Center St.  according to the Fredonia Police Facebook page.

Police said a woman was leaving the gathering when another guest fired several shots at the car.

The people hosting the party reportedly refused to cooperate with the investigation.

The shooting took place on the same weekend of the unofficial “Fred Fest” bonanza. There’s no word yet on how many arrests were made but police promised to arrest people for violations they would have normally received a ticket for.

WNY News Now requested an interview with Police Chief Bradley Miller but haven’t received a response as of 6:30 PM.
