Cassadaga Man Arrested For Drunk Driving, BAC Was Twice The Legal Limit



SINCLAIRVILLE-A Cassadaga man was arrested for drunk driving during a traffic stop on Park St. Thursday according to New York State Police.

Nathan Mosier, 24, no address given, reportedly committed a traffic violation. Mosier allegedly blew a .16 BAC sample after failing multiple field sobriety tests.

Mosier also reportedly drove with a revoked license for a previous drunk driving charge. Mosier was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and 1st degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.



He was committed to Chautauqua County Jail.
