LSD, Meth Among Items Seized In Separate Raids Friday

JAMESTOWN-Two people were arrested Friday evening after police seized doses of LSD and approximately 10 grams of methamphetamine in separate raids of 21 Hazzard St. Basement Apt. and 57 Colfax St. Upper Apt. per Jamestown Police.

Jeremy S. Gross, 35, and Kimberly M. Fred, 34, were both discovered in the Hazzard St. location according to JPD. Police also allegedly discovered several items of drug paraphernalia, a quantity of cash and an illegal Stun Gun.

Gross reportedly rented the apartments and was allegedly in charge of the activity occurring within them.

Gross was charged with 3rd and 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Criminally Using a Drug Paraphernalia and 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

Fred was charged with 5th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and 2nd degree Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia.

Both suspects are in city jail pending arraignment.
