Man With History Of Fighting Arrested Again; Currently On Probation

FALCONER-An area man with a history of fighting, and who’s currently on probation, was arrested again Monday morning during a brawl at 210 E. James St. per the Ellicott Police Department. 

Detective Kevin Pearce told WNYNewsNow Dakota Fellion, 23, struck an individual. Fellion was charged with Harassment.

Fellion was previously convicted last year for stabbing a victim multiple times during a 2015 Lander, Pa. (Warren County) party. Fellion was sentenced to time served, fines and fees, and four years of probation for the incident.



Pearce said his hearing is July 19th at 6 P.M.
