Randolph Man Accused Of Selling Fentanyl-Laced Heroin

RANDOLPH-A village man was arrested Monday at his residence after a lengthy investigation into heroin distribution according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Dylan M. Purdy, 25, 2 Bowen Rd., allegedly sold heroin laced with Fentanyl earlier in 2017.

Purdy was charged with two counts of 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and two counts of 3rd degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. (Class-B felonies)

Purdy was remanded to county jail on $10,000 cash.
