CINCINNATI-Buffalo Bills defensive lineman Adolphus Washington was arrested Sunday on weapons charges at a Cincinnati waterpark.

WKBW-TV in Buffalo reported Washington displayed a gun to police as they attempted to clear out the facility around 10 PM. Officers said the lineman reached for and displayed a gun while sitting inside his vehicle.

Washington was reportedly arrested at the scene and later released.

The Bills released the following statement: “We are aware of the incident regarding Adolphus Washington and have been in contact with him. Since it is a pending legal matter, we will have no further comment.”
