Man, Two Children Accused Of Stealing From Vehicles



NORTH COUNTY-A man and two children were charged last Friday after taking money, pills, and a debit card from three vehicles in both Silver Creek and Sheridan according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Michael A. Vanshaick, 31, Main St., Silver Creek, was charged with 4th degree Grand Larceny, two counts of 4th degree Conspiracy, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, 4th degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and two counts of Petit Larceny.

A 17-year-old female, who lives on Central Ave., Silver Creek, was charged with two counts of 5th degree Conspiracy, 4th degree Grand Larceny, 4th degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and two counts of Petit Larceny.



Another juvenile was charged with 4th degree Grand Larceny, 4th degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree Conspiracy, Making Graffiti and two counts of Petit Larceny.

All three reportedly received appearance tickets for both Village of Silver Creek and Town of Sheridan Court.
