First Hispanic Mayor Talks About Change, Progress In His Community



 

JAMESTOWN- New York’s first Hispanic mayor says the state is making it easier for residents of Puerto Rico to not only take up residence here, but start a business here as well.



Dunkirk Mayor Wilfred Rosas  discussed the state’s partnership with Puerto Rico Monday afternoon following an economic development meeting at the Reg Lenna Center for the Arts.
