Falconer Man Kicks Deputy, Resists Arrest

FALCONER-A village man kicked a sheriff’s deputy after resisting arrest Thursday morning according to the Ellicott Police Department.

Dakota J. Fellion, 23, reportedly damaged someone else’s property before the arrest took place. Fellion was charged with 4th degree Criminal Mischief, 2nd degree Harassment, 2nd degree Obstructing Governmental Administration and Resisting Arrest.

Fellion was remanded to county jail on $2,500 cash/$5,000 property bond.

The County Sheriff’s Office, as previously stated, assisted EPD in Fellion’s arrest.
