County Man Charged After Selling To Meth To Undercover Police

SINCLAIRVILLE-The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force says they arrested a Chautauqua County man on charges that he sold crystal methamphetamine to an agent of the Drug Task Force within the Village of Fredonia.

The Sheriff’s Office says 26 year-old Benjamin M. Gray was picked up during a traffic stop shortly after 8:00 pm on Thursday.

Additionally, Gray was charged with possessing over 20 grams of methamphetamine along with scales and packaging materials for the processing and sale of narcotics.



There will be multiple additional felony charges placed against Gray at a later date.

The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force is comprised of investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Dunkirk Police Department.
