Jamestown Man Accused Of Holding Woman Against Will During Dispute

ELLICOTT-A city man is accused of holding a woman against her will during a domestic dispute Sunday morning according to the Ellicott Police Department.

Christopher S. Byrne, 56, 3236 Moon Rd., allegedly refused to let the women leave the residence. Byrne was charged with 2nd degree unlawful imprisonment.

Byrne was remanded to county jail on $1,500 cash/$3,000 property and is due to appear in Town Court at a later date.



A check of Byrne’s status revealed he posted bail.
