JAMESTOWN-Following a fire that destroyed The First Church of God last December on Falconer St., a young girl was seen crying and asking how the church was going to host “Trunk or Treat.”

On Sunday her prayers were answered as the church used several members from the community to create a makeshift site in the backdrop of a new church that’s being rebuilt on the grounds of where the old one was destroyed.

“We knew we were going to rebuild,” said Pastor Mervin Lee. “The community has been very supportive. We are looking at sometime between May and June to rebuild.”
