Panama Man Busted For Graffiti In Clymer

CLYMER – A Panama man faces multiple graffiti charges following an investigation by New York State Police Wednesday.

Daniel Yoder, 20, of Panama, was charged with making graffiti and Yoder and three Panama teens were charged with possession of graffiti instruments.

A few days prior, State Police responded to a Clymer home to investigate a report of criminal mischief.  Troopers observed the property littered with garbage and covered in spray paint.  Police said further investigation revealed Yoder and three teens were responsible and they were subsequently arrested. After processing, Yoder and the three teens were released with appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Clymer Court on a later date.
