State Police: Auction Incident Leads To Arrest

BEMUS POINT – Craig Loomis, 42, of Bemus Point was charged with petit larceny by New York State Police following an alleged incident Wednesday.

Troopers received a complaint alleging that during an auction, Loomis allegedly removed items from a table on his own and never paid.  Loomis was later arrested, processed issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Ellery Court at a later date.

  1. I was getting my own tools that i has stolen from me by Cory Casler and his mother Diane Casler. They also stole over $20000 from me but the bitch wants to press charges for $40 of my tools. Watch out for that family they are crooks. She will be arrested soon for selling tools that didn’t belong to her
