Jamestown Police Nab Fugitive From Justice

JAMESTOWN – City police have charged a Sinclairville woman with being a felony fugitive from justice after responding to the probation office in the South County Office Building at 4:30 Wednesday afternoon.

Kayla E. Delcamp, 31, was at the office. Police said she has an outstanding warrant from the Town of Conewango Police Department in Warren County, Pa. Delcamp was taken to the city jail pending arraignment and extradition.
