JAMESTOWN – Police Chief Harry Snellings told WNYNewsNow that more information is expected to be released this afternoon regarding the dog that was hung off of a tree in the area of Hallock and Palmer.

  1. Please tell me the evil guy that hung his pet will do time for this horrible crime. When he said it was no longer his pet, just him against the dog, that infuriated me. He took the responsibility of being a pet owner and therefore needed to call animal control.
