Video Captures Vehicle Striking Man Outside Of Jamestown Library

JAMESTOWN – A Facebook video posted Saturday captured a vehicle striking a man just outside of the James Prendergast Library on E. 5th and Cherry Streets.

Adam W. Halm, 38, faces charges of first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree assault. Halm was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail without bail.






Halm will appear in City Court this afternoon, according to a court clerk.
