Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force Raids Prendergast Avenue House



JAMESTOWN – Members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 815 Prendergast Ave. at 9:50 p.m. Monday, seizing 39.1 grams of cocaine, money and a drug scale.

The warrant was executed as part of the ongoing investigation into sales and trafficking of illegal narcotics in Jamestown.

Esteban S. Santiago, 41, was charged with third-degree felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. He was remanded to the City Jail pending arraignment.



Police gained entry to the property with the assistance of the Jamestown SWAT team.

Also assisting were the New York State Police K-9 unit and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force is composed of members from the Jamestown Police and Town of Ellicott Police.
