City Man Allegedly Possesses Loaded Weapon During Traffic Stop

JAMESTOWN – A man is facing charges after Jamestown Police  said they found a loaded .25 cal pistol during a traffic stop early Thursday morning.

Kyle O. Kamholtz, 32, no address given, was pulled over on Foote Avenue for allegedly having a loud muffler and inadequate lights.

Police discovered the loaded gun inside the vehicle during the stop.

Kamholtz is charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon.

Police encourage anyone with information on illegal activity to call their anonymous tip line at 483-TIPS (8477).
