JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man is charged after he allegedly possessed a loaded .22 handgun without a permit and while on Jamestown Community College property, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Andre S. Richards, 18, was arrested Wednesday evening after officers reportedly discovered Richard and other people sitting in a vehicle in a JCC parking lot next to littered items.
Richards is charged with felony second degree criminal possession of a weapon, felony criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds and trespassing due to being banned from school property.
Richards also had outstanding warrants from Jamestown City Court.
Damone L. McNamee, 21, also in the vehicle, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
