Woman Charged Following Crash Into Utility Pole

PANAMA – A Panama woman is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs after New York State Police said she crashed into a utility pole on Route 474 Monday.

Troopers said Tracy Haberberger, 44, was taken into custody after failing several field tests. She was taken to the Jamestown Barracks where a Drug Recognition Expert examined her. 

After taking a urine sample, police determined Haberberger was under the influence of Suboxone and Marijuana.



Haberberger was processed and issued tickets returnable to the Town of Harmony Court.

Troopers said she was uninjured in the collision.
