Warren Man Nabbed For Marijuana Possession, Speeding in Frewsburg

FREWSBURG – A traffic stop for an alleged speeding incident lead Town of Carroll police to arrest a Warren man on drug-related charges at 7:23 p.m. Wednesday at 5 Water St.

Eric J. Collins, 31, of Warren, was charged with felony second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree unlicensed operation, and speeding.






Police said Collins was driving 59 m.p.h. in a 35 m.p.h. zone. They said they found “a large amount of marijuana and concentrated cannabis” in Collins’ vehicle.

Collins was charged and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
