FALCONER – A Jamestown man allegedly possessed a quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana during a traffic stop in the village early Wednesday morning, according to the Ellicott Police Department.

Nelson Torres, Jr., 39, is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Torres, Jr. was remanded to the custody of Chautauqua County Jail, and will appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
