FALCONER – A man allegedly threw an object through the front window of the bar during an incident at Waddington’s Tavern on West Main Street early Thursday morning, according to the Ellicott Police Department.
David Ralph, Jr., 29, no address given, was reportedly asked to leave before he allegedly threw the object.
Ralph, Jr. was later located and arrested. Ralph will appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer the charge.
