Four Rebels Players, And Head Coach Heading To Prospects Tournament

JAMESTOWN – Augustine Moore, Sam Anzai, Nick Stuckless, and Ryan Keane, all hockey players for the Jamestown Rebels, will be part of the East Division hockey team for the NAHL Top Prospects Tournament. Rebels head coach Joe Coombs will be the East team’s assistant coach.

In 41 games played this season, Moore, a forward, has totaled 19 points, scoring six goals and assisting on 13 others.

Anzai, also a forward, has 19 points in 40 games, netting six goals and 13 assists.





Stuckless, like Moore, has totaled 21 points in 43 games. The forward has scored eight goals and has added 13 assists.

As the lead-man between the pipes for the Rebels, Keane has posted an 19-8-1 record. Keane has also allowed 1.81 goals and has posted a 0.926 save percentage, along with three shutout victories.

In his second season as the Rebels head coach, Coombs thus far has lead the Rebels this season to a 26-11-3-3 record as the head coach, good for second place in the East Division with 58 points.





















Last season when the Rebels played in Philadelphia, the Brantford, ONT. native guided the Rebels to a 41-15-0-4 record, although the Rebels would be eliminated in the second round of the playoffs by the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights.

The Prospects Tournament will take place for two days on Feb. 18 and 19. at the New England Sports Village at Attleboro, Mass.
