ELLICOTT – Ellicott Police report that an Ashville man allegedly threatened another individual with a weapon in an unidentified Town of Ellicott business parking lot on Monday.
Officers from Ellicott and Lakewood-Busti, as well as Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies, located Brandon S. Gesaman, 22, and arrested him on a charge of second-degree menacing.
Gesaman was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment, and he’ll appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
