MAYVILLE – The murder trial for a City of Jamestown man accused of shooting and killing another man on Livingston Avenue last summer has entered the second day.
David Waggoner, 54, is accused of shooting and killing William J. Michishima at 114 Livingston Ave. in July 2018.
WNYNewsNow’s Matt Hummel was in court Thursday morning and appeared on our noon broadcast.
Hummel said the jury heard testimony from Jamestown Police Detective Rex Goot.
