MAYVILLE – A longtime companion of David F. Waggoner testified against him during his murder trial Thursday in Chautauqua County Court as part of a prosecution agreement with Chautauqua County District Attorney Patrick Swanson.

Kimberly Johnston, of 114 Livingston Ave., Jamestown, plead guilty to a felony tampering with evidence in exchange for testimony stating that she disposed of two firearms the morning of the shooting death of William Michishima.
