JAMESTOWN – For their final two home games of the regular season, the Jamestown Rebels hockey team will host Fan Appreciation Weekend.
The games will take place April 5 and 6 when they battle the Johnstown Tomahawks, who clinched the East Division.
For the game on April 5, fans have the opportunity to win free prizes, which include a $500 cash giveaway, The Pub sponsored koozie giveaway, and a 10 percent discount on Rebels apparel, with the exception of jerseys.
This game will also have t-shirt tosses and an opportunity for fans to skate with the Rebels after the game until 10 p.m.
During the next game, the opportunities are the same as the other game, excluding the koozie toss and with a different opportunity for fans.
The only difference for the second game is fans will have the opportunity to win two free tickets for the Rebels home playoff games.
For the $500 giveaway during both games, fans will be given a raffle ticket before and during both games until the end of the second period. However, this giveaway does have stipulations.
To be eligible to take home the cash, you have to be at least 18 years of age to claim the $500, and the winner has to be in attendance to win.
The winners for both of the $500 giveaway will be announced during the third period of both games.
Jamestown’s two home playoff games will be April 12 and 13.
