JAMESTOWN – A Florida man is facing charges after Jamestown Police said he drove while under the influence of drugs on Winsor Street early Monday morning.

Bryon M.K. Stingel, 32, is charged with third-degree DWAI, AUO, driving too slow, improper turn without signal and insufficient tail lamps.

Police said Stingel’s while van was pulled over on Winsor Street near Harrison Street.


After speaking with Stingel he was believed to be intoxicated. Following a field sobriety test, police alleged Stingel was under the influence of drugs.

Stingel was taken to city jail pending arraignment.
