NEW ALBION – A Cattaraugus County man wanted on charges of act in manner to injure a child less than 17 and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance was arrested Thursday, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office. 

Jesse D. Fairbanks, 34, of 19 Mill St., Apt. 4, Cattaraugus, was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash and $4,000 bond.

Deputies said Fairbanks will appear in New Albion Town Court at a later date.
