Police Standoff With Barricaded Subject

UPDATE: 1:50 p.m. Jamestown Police Chief Harry Snellings told WNYNewsNow that one man was taken into custody. Snellings said the man, who will be identified in a release later Friday, barricaded himself and threatened to harm himself when officers responded to a domestic violence complaint.

Snellings said no one was injured.

JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Police are on scene of a stand-off with a barricaded subject Friday afternoon.



A heavy police presence is reported near 185 Cole Street.
