Jamestown Man Allegedly Threatens To Assault Victim, Burn Her Home Down

RANDOLPH – A Jamestown man was charged Aug. 23rd after he allegedly left a victim several voicemails threatening to assault her and burn down her home, according to the New York State Police.

Troopers said they responded to a residence in Randolph for a report of aggravated harassment.

Robert Baker, 29, was subsequently arrested at his Jamestown residence, processed at State Police Jamestown Barracks and arraigned in the Town of Randolph Court.





Baker was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Randolph Court next month on a charge of second-degree aggravated harassment.
