Driver Arrested Following Early Morning Crash, Charged With DWI

MINA – A City of Jamestown woman was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated following a crash on Route 430 in the Town of Mina early Saturday morning.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says that Halli J. Buchanan, 24, is charged with felony driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater and moved from lane unsafely.






Deputies say Buchanan had a prior conviction for driving while intoxicated with in the past 10 years, making her arrest a felony.

Buchanan was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment in the case.
