Man Allegedly Drove Drunk With Multiple Children In Car

HANOVER – A Buffalo man was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated with several children in his car over the weekend.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says that Eliezer Morales, 39, was stopped in the Town of Hanover for multiple alleged traffic violations Sunday.

Through investigation, deputies discovered that Morales was allgedly driving drunk.





Furthermore, deputies say there were multiple children under the ages of 15 in the vehicle. The children’s ages ranged from less than a year old to 11 years of age.

Morales was taken into custody and charged with four counts of felony aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, DWI, DWI per se, fail to dim high-beam headlamps, speed in zone, possessing more than one NYS Drivers License, and moved from lane unsafely.

Morales was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
