JAMESTOWN – A cold front passing by the region today will allow cooler Autumn like air for the start of the new work week.

For Sunday, scattered showers and thunderstorms possible throughout the day, otherwise mostly cloudy with highs in the lower-70’s.

Tonight, mostly cloudy with a shower possible. Lows in the lower-50’s.

Cooler temperatures are expected for the first part of the week. Early clouds and a Lake Effect Shower or two are possible Monday before skies gradually clear late in the afternoon as high pressure builds in. Highs Monday in the lower to mid-60’s.

Its worth mentioning that clearing skies Monday night will allow temperatures to cool into the upper-30’s to lower-40’s. Some areas well inland may see some frost Monday night.

Temperatures will begin to rebound on Tuesday with plenty of sunshine and highs in the mid to upper-60’s. While highs Wednesday reach the mid-70’s again.
