BEMUS POINT – A Bemus Point man was arrested after he was caught allegedly driving over 100 m.p.h. while driving drunk on Friday.

New York State Police say Cameron Smith, 38, was pulled over on Route 430 in Bemus Point.

Troopers say after failing several standardized field sobriety tests, Smith was taken into custody.

At the State Police Barracks in Jamestown, police said Smith refused to provide a breath sample.

Smith was processed and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
