JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – An early morning noise complaint in Jamestown led to the arrest of a 30-year-old man on drug and weapons charges.

Officers with Jamestown Police responded to a complaint of a loud vehicle running on Barrows Street just after 2 a.m. on Monday.

During their investigation, officers allegedly discovered Dylan Abbey with drug paraphernalia and narcotics in plain view. Abbey was given commands to exit his vehicle, but instead, police said he fled the scene.

After later coming to a stop a short distance away, Abbey was arrested. A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed a quantity of fentanyl, cannabis, three different types of pills and plastic knuckles.
