
(WNY News Now) – A 36-year-old resident of Jamestown, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a narcotics investigation in the early hours of November 2, 2023.
Jamestown – In the early hours of November 2, 2023, at approximately 1:26 AM, officers from the Jamestown Police Department, in collaboration with the K9 Unit, conducted a routine traffic stop near the intersection of Washington St. and W 4th St. During the stop, officers noticed alleged drug paraphernalia in plain view within the vehicle. This discovery prompted a thorough search of the vehicle, leading to the detection of a quantity of Amphetamine, a controlled substance, in the possession of Aimee L. Hogg.
Subsequently, Ms. Hogg was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where she was booked on charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Hogg was released with an appearance ticket, pending her scheduled court appearance in Jamestown City Court.
