
(WNY News Now) – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended a 37-year-old West Valley, woman on an outstanding warrant related to an alleged terroristic threat call made to the Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services in Olean on October 6, 2023.
Olean, NY – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau executed an arrest warrant at 1 Leo Moss Drive, Olean, NY, on November 14, 2023, at approximately 11:20 am. The subject of the arrest was Nicole L. Quinn, a 37-year-old resident of West Valley, NY.
Quinn’s arrest stems from an incident on October 6, 2023, where she allegedly placed a threatening call to the Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services in Olean, NY, stating an intention to blow up the building. The arrest warrant was issued by the City of Olean Court, leading to Quinn’s apprehension at her residence.
Following the arrest, Quinn was promptly transported by patrol to the City of Olean Court for arraignment. During the hearing, the defendant was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $2,500.00 cash bail. Quinn is scheduled to appear in the City of Olean Court on November 16, 2023, at 9:30 am, to face charges related to the terroristic threat.
