
(WNY News Now) – A 14-year-old juvenile has been arrested by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau on charges ranging from Burglary to Grand Larceny, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, and Reckless Endangerment.
Randolph – After a thorough investigation conducted by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau, a 14-year-old juvenile has been arrested on multiple charges related to criminal activities over a four-month period. The incidents took place at a local business and the Cattaraugus County D W in the Town of Randolph.
The charges include three counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree, one count of Grand Larceny in the 2nd Degree, two counts of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, three counts of Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, one count of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, two counts of Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, and one count of Reckless Endangerment.
The alleged crimes were committed over a span of four months, indicating a prolonged and systematic pattern of criminal behavior by the juvenile in question. The targeted locations were identified as a business and the Cattaraugus County D W in the Town of Randolph.
Law enforcement has issued an appearance ticket for the juvenile to appear in Cattaraugus County Family Court at a later date and time.
