(WNY News Now) – Authorities respond to an in-progress trespass at East Road in the Town of Charlotte, resulting in charges for two individuals.
Town of Charlotte – Sheriff’s Deputies addressed an in-progress trespass at East Road, Town of Charlotte. The investigation reveals that Jason C. Koch (40) and Elizabeth A. Yusczyk (32) were allegedly found unlawfully inside a residence on the property.
Both individuals have been charged with Criminal Trespass 2nd and subsequently released with Appearance Tickets for the Town of Charlotte Court. The incident involves the 40-year-old male, Jason C. Koch, and the 32-year-old female, Elizabeth A. Yusczyk, both residents of Gerry, NY.
The charges stem from their purported entry into a house on the property. They are scheduled to appear in the Town of Charlotte Court.
