The process states that council members can call in either on the phone or in this case through Zoom to this

the meeting for it being the first time the system was rolled out there were a few small

glitches but overall things seemed to have gone pretty smoothly you know he didn't want to miss

the meeting especially because it was a voting session so he's able to because the state has allowed

that now and we passed that resolution a month ago so that gives us an opportunity to be able to do

that so people can still participate and be there and so again we'll work through the glitches
