Sherman Residents Charged With Drug Possession, Endangering The Welfare of A Child

PANAMA – A pair of Sherman residents were arrested Friday evening following a traffic stop on East Main Street, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Darian A. Leech, 22, and Benjamin A. Troyer, 19, were allegedly in possession of approximately two grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug packaging material and several scales.

Both Leech and Troyer were taken into custody and charged with fifth and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana.











Leech and Troyer were arraigned and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
