SHERIDAN – A Forestville woman was injured in a motor vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon on Route 39. State Police say the driver, Heather E. Ruia, 20, sustained injuries to her head and hand. Police allege Ruia was driving too fast for the weather conditions. Ruiz was taken by the Fredonia Fire Department to Lakeshore Hospital.
